Romeo had the winery built in 1976. The original building was, however, extended and restructured in 1995 to meet the market requirements, improving the organization of work and equipping with state-of-the-art technology to obtain even higher quality wines.
The entire vinification process, including crushing and pressing, testing wine characteristics in laboratory, bottling, ageing, tasting and retailing, occurs on the estate.
The equipments and the processing methods are in compliance with current national and EC regulations and we ensure that transformation of the grape into wine is carried out with methods guaranteeing that all the requirements regarding naturalness, varietal purity and organoleptic properties of the product are met.
